Frequently Asked Questions:
Q - Where is Unimatrix Productions located?
A - Unimatrix Productions is a US-based
company, located in the wonderful state of Illinois.
Q - How large is Unimatrix Productions?
A - Currently, Unimatrix Productions is run
and operated solely by Christopher M. Brendel. Whenever development of a particular
project calls for additional roles (graphic artists, voice actors, programmers, etc.),
these positions are filled by independent contractors.
Q - Are you currently hiring?
A - Unimatrix Productions is not looking to hire at
this time.
Q - I heard about a Unimatrix Productions project titled How You Live. Where can
I learn more about this?
A - How You Live, Unimatrix Productions’s first project,
was a feature-length Flash movie released in 2003. Unfortunately, it is no longer
available for download.
Q - Where can I purchase Lifestream and Shady Brook?
A - Sadly, both Lifestream and
Shady Brook are out of stock at this time. Currently, I have no plans to order more
of either game, as neither works on Windows Vista or 7.
Q - Why was production on Stonewall Penitentiary halted, and will the project ever
resume?
A - Putting Stonewall Penitentiary on hold was a difficult decision, as the
game is extremely important to me. Rest assured that it will be completed at some
point in the future, in some form. I have decided to hold off on development for
the time being until I can assure that I have access to the resources I need to ensure
that the game turns out well, instead of rushing a product that will ultimately fail
to live up to my vision. I thank everyone in advance for their understanding and
patience!
Q - When will <insert game name here> be released?
A - When it’s done! ;-)
Q - After completing Shady Brook, I watched a trailer for a game named Awaken. Will
this game ever be made?
A - Awaken was renamed Stonewall Penitentiary! Check out
details on the Games page.
Q - After completing Shady Brook, I watched a trailer for a game named The Alpha
Report. Will this game ever be made?
A - The Alpha Report is an epic science fiction
adventure that will be made in the future. The project is quite ambitious, however,
and I want to hold off making it until I have the resources to do the story justice.
Q - I heard elsewhere on the web about a project titled The Id & the Ego. Will this
ever be made?
A - The Id & the Ego is a non-game project currently in early pre-production.
More details will be released regarding this project much later in its development.
Q - My question is not listed here. What should I do?
A - Contact me!
